my idea for a new monarch:
name: not sure what u'd call it
att:2400 def:1000
effect: when this monster normal or special summoned you can special summon 1 monster from your graveyard
what do you think? and what wud you call it?
name: monarch summoner
att: 1400 def:500 lv4
effect: when this card is normal summoned or special summoned you can special summon 1 monarch monster from your deck or graveyard and activate its effect

I think that would be far too broken, maybe if he had say 1600 atk and could not be special summoned and his effect read as follows.
This card cannot be special summoned. When this card is tribute summoned successfully, special summon 1 monster in your deck, that has Monarch in it's name. The monster special summoned by this cards effect, gains it's effect and is destroyed at the end of the turn, that it is special summoned.
I think that would make it less broken, but still powerful.

| You'd have to tone down Monarch Summoner a fair bit. He's a bit broken as he is. He's basically a 3800 ATK Monarch with no tribute that takes on any Monarch's effect. You could make him weaker, or say it's only if he's special summoned, or something like that. |

Maybe what I posted would be better, doesn't seem to have shown though lol
