hey there this is a small question as i have no way for finding out this specific type of question and i hoped that the amount of people on here would maybe have the answer
anyway
is there any normal lv8 monsters apart from blue eyes and tri horned
becos im going to make a deck based around three cards - ancient rules,trade-in and summoners art

Should really be in this section.

As for an answer, there is Metal Armourd Bug and Cosmo Queen. That would give you 12 Monsters which I imagin is more than enough for the deck. Also try using Birthrights and Swing of Memories in the deck

There are a fair few more. According to WC08, all of the ones released thus far are:

1. Blue-Eyes White Dragon (3000 ATK)
2. Gogiga Gagagigo (2950 ATK)
3. Cosmo Queen (2900 ATK)
4. Spiral Serpent (2900 ATK)
5. Tri-Horned Dragon (2850 ATK)
6. Sengenjin (2750 ATK)

For the record, Cosmo Queen and Tri-Horned Dragon are also DARK, allowing for Allure of Darkness Smile

. In fact, in terms of draw 2s, they are the only monsters compatible with all 3 of Allure, Common Charity and Trade-In. Much like how Dreadmaster, Dogma and Plasma are compatible with D-Draw, Trade-In and Allure.

If you ran the deck with 3x Blue Eyes, 3x Tri-horned, 3x Comos Queen, 3x Trade In, 3x Common Charity, 3x Birthright, 2x Allure and 2x Escape From the Dark Dimension and fill the rest of the deck with some good stuff, you would have a nice Normal Beatdown deck with big hitters that can overpower most Synchros.

I know alot about this deck as it was what I was going to run at the Xmas tourny if I could make it lol
