i agree with tim thats not a nice thing to do
i had the same thing happen on another site happen to me i held him the card for 1 month with him promising to buy it from me i held it it got restricted and he dropped out when i could of stuck it on eBay and made a profit hes now a limited trader
so IMO u should still buy the cards cause tim could of sold them to someone else who actully needs them so basiclyy u screwed him over

Its the equivalent of backing out of a trade, on site like Pojo, they give out trading punishments for stunts like this
