how can you not like road warrior? i mean, without any cost he can summon tuningware, valley, and even HERO KID =P

It's X-Saber Urbellum. 2200 ATK, 1300 DEF, 7*. Whenever this card deals battle damage to your opponent and they have 4 or more cards in their hand, 1 card in the opponent's hand is randomly selected and put on top of their deck. |

TBH the synchro is a really bad card not worth the hassle in fitting it in your extra deck
i'd always go x saber monk into arcantie or DSf anyday of the week
