tuning ware is the only decent card in the set actully playable in a decent monarch build

Yeah, thanks to them re-releasing Stardust, we have no need for the set really lol. Tuningware is cool, a great combo card, but needs a good, consistant build around it

Tuningware is a great card in conjunction with Machine Duplication. Armory Arm is just another option for a Extra Deck and Fortress Warrior is just pure rubbish.

Tuningware = AWESOME XD
Arms Aid = meh, but like Magical Android, it's our only Synchro for that level, so 1 tecehd in the extra deck will be essential, for those "just in case" moments.
Rest = meh
Personally, in terms of Yusei cards, I'm waiting for Turret Warrior in CRMS, lol.
