I knew that I was going to run Lightsworn at this Tournament because it is my best deck by far, so with vigourous testing the night before, and still alterations on the train before, I finally had a build.

Met up with Landstar on the train and we headed into the hall and had a few practise duels before round 1

Round 1
Me Vs Silentswordsman Lockdown

At first, I didn’t know what this guy was running, but I thought I had to be on my guard.

G1 – I opened rubbish but managed to get out Gorz and just beat him down with it.
G2 – Sided Puppet Plants worked a treat against this deck and I got him down with JD.

Round 2

Me Vs Shane Bell (TeleDAD)

I knew who shane was from the Worc Regs so I knew I was in for a tough match,

G1- Opened well with Lumina and Garoth and managed to get the better of him with Mirror Force and Honest
G2 – Took his Colossal with Puppet Plant and Sacked for Mobius to kill Light Imprisoning and JD game down for game

Round 3

Me Vs Kevin (TeleDAD)

I had seen this guy hanging around with Jamie Stafford, so I figured he was a pro. Had to watch out.

G1 – Similar to my duel with Shane. Honest and Thunder Kings for the win.
G2 – This one was a lot closer but I had out Thunder King and he summoned DAD which I used Thunder Kings effect and he slammed the table saying her forgot and I sacked JD for the win.

Round 4

Me Vs Kevin (Zombiesworn)

I chatted to this guy before the tourney so he knew what I was running, But I didn’t know what he had

G1- I opened with Jain and Cold Wave and he simply passed. I summoned Garoth and hit hard. He Brain Jain and sacked for Celestia, so I thought I had a Mirror match but he then milled a Mezuki. Either way, next turn I used Lumina, Honest and United We Stand for game.
G2- He must have opened terrible because he did hardly anything and I just pushed thorugh for game.

Round 5

Me Vs Chris (Lightsworn)

G1 – I can’t remember much but I came out ontop
G2 – He was winning and got out Colossal and I had Wulf, Ehren and then set Ryko. He used Colossal to kill Ehren and I mis-played by summoning Garoth, Flipping Ryko to score free cards when I should have summoned Thunder King to stop him from laying down JD. He got me with JD next turn.
G3- I OTK’d him…..first one all tourney

Round 6

Me Vs Jamie Stafford (TeleDAD)

Now, I knew that this match was coming as we were the only two that were X-0. I didn’t care as I was going to top8 even if I lot so I had my invite and mat.

G1- He OTK’d me
G2 – See game one lol

Well I went 5-1 losing only to Jamie Stafford, so I was pretty happy! I had my invite and mat, I really didn’t care how far I went from there. So the Top 8 Came up

Me Vs Victor (Zombies)

Now Victor isn’t his real name, but I didn’t actually catch his real name lol. Either way, he was mega fun to duel and a really nice guy. Best Match all tourney.

G1- He drew NOTHING and I amanged to beat down his Mezuki and Zombie Master with Thunder King and Garoth.
G2 – I had Oppression out and stopped him from doing anything, but he had Reaper out and I couldn’t get past it. I tried to draw out Ehren, but she was the second to last card so eneded up decking myself out!
G3 – I passed back and forth abit but I mainly had control, but he got out sodding reaper again, but this time I had a solution.....Red Dragon Archfiend!!

Me Vs Shane Bell (TeleDAD)

First thing he said when he saw he was playing me was F*cking Lightsworn! It got a big Laugh.

G1- It was back and forth for a while and I got him down to 1900 but he had Stardust, DAD, Stratos and Diamond Dude. I had Honest and Celestia in-hand and I rip Monster Reborn. Bring back a Wulf, attack DAD with Honest for game.(to which he also added F*cking Honest!)
G2- Double JD for game……I got another F*cking Lightsworn lol

Me Vs Jamie Stafford (TeleDAD)

I was more than happy to have got to this point. Even though I didn’t want to be negative, I was pretty sure I was getting second.

G1- I managed to stall him for 2 turns with Roar and Gorz, but tooo many Synchros.
G2 – He OTK’d me on turn two lol

So I got 2nd Place which I was very happy with. Got 15 Packs and pulled complete Jank!! Either way, gona get my mat and I have my Invite!

well after staying up all night i meet up with mike, chris, chris(tits) at worcester shrub hill we get on train and get deck lists done
we get to location same time as charlie ,sam,landstar so its a good turnout for worcester club players

anyway after a few trades its time to start

im not gonna bore you i went 2-3 and dropped i was just to knackered from 2 nyts with out sleep

so i decide to do a few more trades and have a chat with sylux

pros:
traded a judgment dragon for whole six sam deck and gorz
got me 3 demise kings Very Happy

made £60 sellling 6 cards
charlie coming 2nd Very Happy

yes jamie stafford at the moment is on fire

he was using jerry wangs build as its the most consistant tele-DaD build around

props to stafford for winning

and props to charlie for doing really well

i went to leicester since dan snape a retard and wont allow me back to the shops still leicester give better prize support out

i went 7-1 losing in the final to oppression tele-dad

i won 12 packs of crossroads of chaos

A great tournament, I won 4 and lost 2, got to wait and see if enough people qualify more than once for me to get a 'Hand-Me Down' place since I finished 13th.

Ran Macro Monarch with no Solemns.

Pros:

Swapping a pile of rubbish like Freed the Matchless General with Dan Snape for an Ultimate PWWB, DLG1 Gellenduo and Nova Summoner and Ultimate Magical Explosion.
