I would add Gigavise to the Ban decks too, other wise all the pros will just be running that instead. Its loses some steam from not having Powertool, but can still drop lvl 8 Synchros with one card.
Glad to see this in effect again

Power Tool Dragon seems like an odd choice... Why should Power Tool be banned if it's readily available and nowhere near as good as other synchro monsters?

just so you all know im gonna be doing one week of this ban list then next back to normal and so on
so it will be:
7th - with this list
14th - normal
21st - with this list
28th - normal
etc etc etc

seems a good idea otherwise you will get players such as zak not been able to enter due to restrictions as to what he can obtain
