This is the Jap Deck list that has been out for a while. As we are all aware by now, UDE changes the Starter decks, adding in cards and taking them away. We may only get a few cards in this deck, so I wouldn't conclude anything from this deck list

Exactly what Charlie said. Just to point out, Coypcat is a $50 promo in America, due to the fact there are only 10,000 copies of it printed. Why would they release Copycat as a common? It's like if they went and released a deck with a common Crush Card in it. They'd just lose money.
