With the New Banlist in effect tomorrow and Crimson Crisis available, would it be an idea to update the forbidden deck and forbidden card lists?

Cool but Zombie/Synchro and Tele-DAD (Even though it doesn't exist anymore) should be took of there and I knew Solemn could be used, Mike you crazy fool!!!!!

Well thats annoying to say the least. Had a brand new deck all sorted but you go and ban Summoner Monk lol. Oh well, guess its Black Garden again for me lol

Tim, no offense at all, but could it be that you've lost sight of what the point of this is? As far as I'm aware, the point of banning cards is because it's difficult for younger members to get them. I don't expect newbie players to be able to get JD, Honest, DAD, CCV, etc... and that's why they make the list. Summoner Monk is a decent card but it's a common! Why not just ban Heavy Storm, Monster Reborn, Bottomlesses...? I'm sorry but I really don't agree with the idea of banning a common that's worth less than £1!!!

I agree, Summoner Monk is a good card, and it benefits alot of decks, but it doesn't make them too powerful. Infact, with the Ban of GB's, LS and PCM, Summoner Monk isn't half as powerful as it would be in a normal tournament.
Summoner Monk helps Zombies, Spellcasters, Crystal Beasts, Six Samurai, Counter Fairies, all the classic decks you expect to see at a Hobby League. And as Landstar said, its extremely easy to get a hold of, especially as the Videodrome sells the Structures!
I do think you should reconsider. Every other card on the list I totally agree with, but good cards that are EASY to get shouldn't be on there

I see hopeless dragon is still on the banned list......Id say Blackwings are much better and ban worthy than hopeless dragon right now
