is the desicard effect a cost or effect (you no what i mean) as i am useing dark world.

it dont work with dark world

if it said draw 2 then discard then it would work but since u discard 1st as a cost then draw 2 it wont work

its like graceful charity for instant

you draw 3 cards then discard 2

meaning no cost for charity

The proper defintion of why it doesn't work with Dark World monsters is because Hand Destruction text says "Send" not "Discard", therefore Dark World Monsters effects cannot be actiavted.

But it is also true that they can only be special summoned by card effect, not costs i.e. Lightning Vortex, Magic Jammer, Zombie Master etc
