deck shufflingI AM NOW ENFORCING TABLE SHUFFLES AT TOURNAMENTS
THIS IS DUE TO SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT ONE PERSON IN PARTICULAR IM NOT MENTIONING HIS NAME BUT HE SHUFFLES YOUR DECK AND WATCHES THE UNTIL THERE ARE GOOD CARDS AT BOTTOM OF THE DECK THIS IS SOMEONE THAT HAS WON ALOT OF TOURNYS, THERE IS ALSO 2 OTHER PEOPLE WHO ARE DOING THE SAME
IF YOU DO NOT TABLE SHUFFLE THEN GAME LOSES WILL BE GIVEN
I WILL TOLERATE CHEATERS

Remember people you can also cut as well. From last May, the rules were changed to You Shuffle your Deck, your opponent shuffles your deck, you cut your deck, your opponent cuts your deck. ALWAYS DO THAT AFTER EVERY TIME THE DECK IS ALTERED TO AVOID ARGUMENTS!

yes as long as they table shuffle this rule is now enforced in the group

standard prodecure's are as follows
make sure your deck is all the right way round before giving your deck to your opponent a similar result of this was at nationals john hall was giving a disqualification due to him playing sloppy
when pile shuffling pile shuffle up to 8 different piles between 4-8
u can do any order you like from left to right or right to left or just randomly
make sure u count your opponents deck while doing this not out loud but in your head (this prevents your opponent playing with a 39 card deck say there running 40 and a card was left in there deck box counting there main prevents them from cheating etc...)
make sure your side deck is 15 and no less (your also allowed to count your opponents side deck before and after games ( this also prevents them from cheating )
after you have pile shuffled there deck give it another shuffle (trying to prevent any cards falling from the deck)
if any cards to fall from the deck then make sure u dont see the picture and ask your opponent to pick the card up and place it in the deck in the right way up
once your have shuffled your deck and your opponenets deck
you get the final cut (if u choose too) that means u can cut the deck in 2 or 3 stacking the other set of cards on top of the cards you took of the top  i hope i got that right xD
anytime during the game your allowed to do the following
[1] shuffle your opponenets deck if they have used an effect with allows them to search the deck for example: sangan mystic tomato reinforcement of the army
[2] u can count how many cards are left in your opponents deck picking
them up keeping the cards down so you don't see the card pictures
[3] always ask how many cards are in your opponents hand the max that can be in an opponents hand is 6 if they have more than 6 then call head judge tim munn and he shall sort out the problem
[4] if you unsure on what a card does ask your opponent what it does if they don't tell you then speak to a judge thats what there, there for

That is sound advice. If you are in any doubt about ANYTHING, call a Judge and they will sort it out. If you don't call one, they can't help you

the only thing wrong the is the side deck number it can be any number upto 15 and no more

no its either 0 or 15 in usa its upto 15 i don't know why

I don't think its different here or over there but I think its 0 to 15 but I'm not 100%
