I was going to review iit in next week's COTW review, but I thought my review is going to be so short there's not much point. Erm, I would first like to formally apogolise to any younger members of the group who read this, but this card, in a word, is SHIT! I am VERY dissappointed by it in general. It has a next to useless effect, a highly undersupported attribute and mediocre stats. The only plus side is that it's a Warrior, and so ROTA-able. Being the first level 4 tuner, it might see a little bit of play, but isn't Krebons + Malicious loads easier to do? Enough said. Why UDE felt this could be released when we're getting 2 confirmed level 4 tuners in Crimson Crisis next year, not to mention the FULL set is yet to be disclosed and mroe could be announced.

True but it has smashing card art!!!!!! But think Landstar look at you deck you ran against me, it could have some impact in that.

True, it could have uses in Samurais, but Jutte Fighter and Junk Synchron are already very good in it and at the end of the day, with BETTER Level 4 Tuners coming out in the next set, there's not a lot of reason to make this at all.

The only good points is a level four tuner and its a warrior.....Stats are the worst, too low to take anything real down and too high to be searched via other cards i.e ufo turtle.
I just hope the other TCG exlusives arent as bad as this

'tis being released soon in the 2nd GX Manga release... It's name I believe is Thunderking Rai-Oh. There are also 2 TCG exclusives called Rai-??? and I'm thinking all 3 will be some gamebreaking anti-meta cards.
