blackwing version 2well i used a deck very similar to this yesterday but was missing a few cards but ive now finished it so take a look please post your thoughts

Def drop Caius for DAD, with Vayu, Burial, Dark Eurption, Blizzard, you have more than enough to manipulate the grave for him.
I love the trip Fissure, but Smashing is still better so I'd go -1 Fissure for 1x Smashing.
Other than that, fantastic deck!

Also mate, Mistral is a very bad card. yeah, it's searchable off of Gale/Blizzard, but so is Vayu tbf... Drop the Mistral for a third Sirocco or another Vayu. Looks decent otherwise. (obv, needs DAD, lol)

to be fair your wrong mistral is a very useful card
and ive already decked the DaD now

Mistral has its uses, with gale to 1, having 1 wont hurt the deck. with it being a level 2 blackwing tuner, mind/brain control a level 4 monster, synchro for armed wing, level 5 for armor master. Also its a great target for shura and icurus attack.
When facing glad beasts, there first turn if they cant get gyzarus out, Laqurai cant run over it, then forces them to tag out, while wasting there attack.
But if others have further thoughts, I'm interested in hearing them.
I say stick with 1 mistral for the deck

The way I see Mistral as a bad card is that there are better options for general use. His effect is pointless, because you'd might as well have Necro Gardna blocking the full attack. No matter what, this effect isn't going to be of much use. If it can ever be used, then even so, the effect you get from it will never be game-breaking or good enough IMO to warrant using it.
You already have a level 2 Blacking tuner, and Blizzard is a lot better. With mistral, you will have to be waiting a turn to summon him and synch with on-field blackwings, or synching with an Armed Wing you get off Vayu. And yet, in both cases, Blizzard netting you an additional Blackwing monster will give you a much bigger advantage. Not to mention Blizzard gets you an instant level 6 synchro without worrying about what's on your field.
By all means, continue using Mistral if you like it, but I thought I should make my point about him being bad a bit more clear

obviously you've not used the card yourself it works very well in the deck its far from a bad card

I haven't used it, no. But then again, I have no interest in using Blackwings this format (apart from the awesome Vayu/Oppression build). Well, if you like it, then fair enough.

i find mistral very very useful
only reason i use it purely cause of his high defence
him been a tuner
can be searched by pretty much anything blackwing lol via whirlwind
prevents next attack damege hes effect activates in the graveyard
i may play him over psz in my build of blackwings only took him out to test psz lol
but yea tim keep him in hes a very good choice
