This is a calendar of all known future releases for Yu-Gi-Oh!

I shall post up card lists for sets and decks as they are announced by UDE, in separate threads. If you know of any releases not included in this calendar, post them on this thread and I will edit this as such.

July Releases

Premium Pack 2 - Expected Shipping on the 31st
This will be in a similar format to Premium Pack 1 from 2007. Packs shall contain 2 secret rare print cards and 3 super rare print cards, with 20 cards included in the set. The set is confirmed to contain cards featured in the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Manga series. This means cards such as E.HERO Forestman, E.HERO The Heat and E.HERO Knospe should be featured. Card list coming soon.

Currently known cards:

E.HERO Voltech (cover card)
E.HERO Forestman
E.HERO Terra Firma
Hecateris
Valhalla, the Castle of the Gods
Athena
Mezuki
Sengenjin

August Releases

New Starter Deck: 5Ds Deck (Projected Release Date: 5th of August)
To celebrate the release of the new Yu-Gi-Oh! Anime Series on 4KidsTV, UDE are releasing the new English 5Ds Starter deck. This contains several must have items. Firstly, this 43 card deck contains a 40 card main deck and 3 card extra deck. The deck contains 15 brand new cards, and focuses on the brand new Synchro monsters, a whole new kind of monster card (with a White background), along with the Tuner monsters that let you Synchro summon your new Synchro monsters.

Most importantly, the deck comes with a brand new and updated rulebook. With the imminent release of The Duelist Genesis (containing even more Synchros and Tuners) and the 2008 Collector Tins, this rulebook is essential to brush up on the new changes being made to the game. There are a large number of new rule updates, including the addition of Synchro monsters and how to summon them.

New Set: The Duelist Genesis (Sneak Preview Event on the 9th and 10th of August)
The Duelist Genesis is the first set from series 6 in the Japanese sets, and the first non-GX pack since The Lost Millenium. This means no more annoyingly bad Elemental Hero and Destiny Hero support cards  Laughing . The pack features the first cards used by Yusei Fudo in the new Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds animation series. It also features the premiere of a new type of monster, and a new group of monsters. Synchro monsters will be added as a new group of monsters, and are the first group to be added since Ritual Monsters were added in the Magic Ruler set back in 2002. The summoning of Synchro monsters appears to be similar to how Gladiator Beast and E-Hero Neos monsters are fusion summoned (commonly known as contact fusion), but the details of this are as of yet, unclear. Psychic monsters are the first new type of monster to be added to the game in its 7 year history, and they also feature their own Synchro monster. Information as to rarities and how many new cards (if any) are added to this set have not yet been confirmed by UDE. This is all the information we have is here, and the OCG's card list has been posted up by Rookie-Duelist.

Collector Tins 2008: First Wave
The 2008 collector tins shall feature cards from the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds animation series, to premiere in the US soon. The contents of the tins is as of yet undisclosed, but the identities of the promo cards has been given in a separate thread.

November Releases

New Set: Crossroads of Chaos (projected release date)
Crossroads of Chaos is the second pack in series 6 of the OCG sets, and the second pack featuring cards from the 5Ds animation series. The cover card is the Black Rose Dragon, the second of the 5 Dragons that give the animation its name (the first one being Stardust Dragon). The set contains brand new crds for already existing themes including new Synchro monsters, new Zombie-type monsters (including a decent Zombie Synchro monster) and new Plant monsters.

More to be added soon
