The new ban list for the OCG is as follows:
FORBIDDEN
- Dark Magician of Chaos
- Destiny Hero - Disc Commander
- Premature Burial
- Dimension Fusion
LIMITED
- Breaker the Magical Warrior
- Cyber Dragon
- Reasoning
- Monster Gate
- Return from the Different Dimension
SEMI-LIMITED
- Dark Armed Dragon
- Judgment Dragon
- Summon Priest (OCG exclusive)
- Rescue Cat
- Card of Safe Return
- Chain Strike
- Nobleman of Crossout
- Phantom of Chaos
UNLIMITED
- Light and Darkness Dragon
- Reinforcement of the Army
- Magic Power
- Destiny Hero - Malicious
- Royal Decree
If the last 2 years of lists is anything to go by, this IS the list that UDE will announce for the TCG. However, we have a number of very powerful TCG-exclusive cards that may also be included on our list, much like Summon Priest is listed here for the OCG.

One very important thing to remember, This is OCG and Test Tiger is TCG Exclusive!!!
Test Tiger had better go to one or banned other wise GB's are gona reign supreme for another 6 months
Time for everyone to crack out their breakers!!

Lol, I knew I should have gone and got me a holo Breaker. I've only got 1 common one  .
And I have mentioned TCG exclusives at the bottom. |

I like it,
no more disc commander abuse, even though I use it myself.
DAD semi limited, makes it easier for me to get just 1 as apposed to 2 lol.
ROTA x3 is just awesome and Malicious at x3 rocks.
Breaker, yeah I can bring out my MFC ultra lol
However,
DMOC and Premature burial, not good, I have to put some of my fav ultra's to rest, if we get this list, which we propably will.

Because of DAD Synchro:
1. Summon Summon Priest.
2. Use Priest's effect, discard a spell and summon Rescue Cat to the field.
3. Use Rescue Cat's effect, tribute him to search and summon X-Saber Airbellum and another level 3 beast monster (Airbellum is a tuner btw).
4. Send the two beasts to the graveyard to Synchro Summon 'Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Boundary'.
5. Activate Premature Burial to summon Rescue Cat. (can be searched via Arms Hole)
6. Use Brionac's effect, discarding a card to return Premature Burial to your hand.
7. Repeat step 3.
8. Send the two beasts to the graveyard to Synchro Summon a level 6 synchro monster.
9. Repeat step 5, step 3, then step 8 (can also throw Summon Priest into the Synchro).
10. With 3 copies of X-Saber Airbellum in the graveyard, and all being Dark, you can bring out DAD to fill the final spot on your field.
The whole repeat element of that combo is breaking the Japanese meta at the moment, and it's all down to Premature Burial, being an equip spell, being abused with Brionac's effect.
