I will make this the official TCG list once UDE have confirmed this is definitely ours (which we obviously know it is). But, this is the new format as it stands. Enjoy it  .

So looking at this list
Tele-DAD has been hit,
GB has been hit slightly,
Zombies have been slaughtered
LS, haven't been touched as predicted, this could be the time of LS, however, we do have Royal Swamp Eel coming, could this possibly become the format where Fish become top tier, will PC return with a vengeance?
Only time will tell.................

I can't see it happening, the reason being that you can end up milling other copies of it, Charlie will remember doing this when we played for fun at sutton and milled the 2nd and 3rd copy from the 1st charge lol.

Perfect Circle but FIsh will become a top deck, these are the new tier 1 and 2 decks:
Tier 1:
* Twilight (This will be the top deck this format, 100%, especially with Chaos Sorcerer!!!)
* Demise Bomber
* Lightsworn
Tier 2:
* Black Feather
* Fish Synchro OTK Deck
* Anti-Meta (When Doomcaliber Knight comes out)
* Gladiator Beasts
New Changes that will affect me:
* Reinforcements of the Army going down to 1:
Why? But this means I won't be pursuing my Macro Monarch, I'm going for Fish OTK.
* Allure of Darkness going down to 2:
No Suprise really but would of liked it to stay at 3, lol.

I have to very much disagree with you there.
Pre-RGBT, Gladiator Beasts will also be tier 1, due to Samnite and Recue Cats. Post-RGBT, they will swap with Blackwings, due to the mass of support that we get for them.
