Picked these up off OCG News (Shriek):

New Rulings
Green Baboon, Guardian of the Forest:

- If the effect of "Green Baboon, Guardian of the Forest" is to be activated during the Damage Step, it must be Chain Link 1. Otherwise, it'll miss the timing.

- You cannot activate the effects of two copies of "Green Baboon, Guardian of the Forest" when a single Beast-Type monster is destroyed, you can only activate the effect of one of them.

Twin-Headed Behemoth:

- The effect of "Twin-Headed Behemoth" can only be used ONCE throughout the entirety of the Duel. Even if your Deck includes three copies of the card, between those three copies the effect can only be used once, not once each.
