This allow you to take control of the opponents Raiza, Caius, Mobius, Thestilos and Celestia when they summon it, so you get a 2400 Attacker instead of destroying it like Pulling the Rug.
What do you think?

Moved to the correct forum.
This card is ok, but the monster will still get its effect, therefor it may still cripple you, like a Celestia would _________________ H/W list: http://wyc.myfastforum.org/about1484.html

| In short, no it isn't. Rug is the way to go vs. Monarchs. Or War Chariot. The advantage of Rug is negating that Monarch's effect, so it is superior to Intercept. |

Nah. There's not really much to it. It might see a bit of play, but Rug is a better card for general use. Remember, Rug ALSO kills Stratos, Celestia, any effect that's called on priority (Lyla for example) and the Gadgets. |

Ok Fair Enough but no Lyla it's effect has to activate when it's Normal Summoned not Lyla _________________ Bristol Regionals 2009 - Top 8

I believe it does work if you call priority on an effect. If you summon Lyla and break a s/t with her effect using priority, you've chained her effect to her summoning (kinda...) and therefore it satisfies the condition for Pulling the Rug. |

1. Level 1 is a piece of piss. For example, Are you allowed to use Royal Oppression to negate a fusion summon? If you can't pass level 1, you should quit the game and play something easier, like Solitaire.
2. You can't play this game. Check the rankings you have won 38% of your games this year. How the hell does that happen to someone who's played this game for as long as you have?
3. I have been ruled that Rug kills priority effects before. So, clearly some judges have said it works. I don't read the rulings myself, because I don't judge tourneys. I just went and got the qualification because it was easy.
4. Rug does have a very weird ruling concerning this. It can kill trigger effects that trigger at the time of the summoning, even if the effect doesn't belong to the summoned monster.
5. You can't insult my knowledge of this game when you've asked me the most stupid ruling questions in the past before.
6. Are you pissed off today or something? Twice now you've attempted to insult me. If you've had a bad day or something then take your problems to someone who cares. I honestly don't, because I don't know you. Don't take it out on me or anyone else.
