Hmmm, interetesting list. Our Past 4 Lists have been the same as the OCG so expect ours to be the same. The only difference is that Charge of the Light Brigade may be touched as its a TCG exclusive. My views:

Forbidden Cards:
Card of Safe Return - Don't think its ban worthy, but if they are releasing Mezuki, it makes sense. and of course the new X-saber Monsters

Dark Strike Fighter - Who didn't see this coming?
Monster Reborn - Its a shame, but like Snatch, top decking it can win you a game

Crush Card Virus - Wow, that I am surprised....I wonder why now? Surely its not because of the mass release. Either way, I'm ok with it lol

Restriction Cards:
Demise, King of Armageddon - Just putting the nail in the coffin of the deck

Mind Master - If some-one can explain this, please do. I'm sure there is some combo here, I just can't think of it

Rescue Cat - Again, something we all saw

Mind Control - Personally I think to 1 is a little harsh, but 3 was over kill

Black Feather - Gale of the Hurricane - It was either this or Black Whirlwind, now BW still have their search engine.

One for One - For Vayu and the New X-Sabers I'm guessing

Solemn Judgment - Now the card is pretty pointless lol

Summon Priest - Saw it coming....

Cold Wave - A shame at one, but people have been talking about this

Black Rose Dragon - Was it really that much of a problem?? Well, I only have ever summoned one a duel so what ever.

Call of the Haunted - Woot! We lose reborn, get this instead. Like the move

Semi-Restriction Cards:
Bottomless Trap Hole - Well, LS just got better, GB's too, but they lost their Cat

Dulauren, Tiger King of the Ice Boundary -OCG only

Lonefire Blossom - Sad

the thing I hate most about this list. I like plants and this was the best support. I suppose it could be worse

Chaos Sorcerer - Hmmm, 2? This will inspire some interesting decks

Mezuki - I'm glad to see this, Zombies can make a bit more of a comeback. Maybe we will see it at 3 in Mar2010

No longer restricted:
Raiza the Storm Monarch - Again, maybe Monarchs will make a Comeback

Destiny Draw - Didn't need Semi in the first place

Fissure - Hmmm, nice. Gadgets are going to be a good this format.

Breaker the Magical Warrior - 3? Makes sense, I don't think I'd ever run more than 1

Green Baboon, Defender of the Forest - With the new(ish) rulings, this was bound to happen

D.D. Warrior Lady - I HAVE BEEN GOING ON ABOUT THIS FOR NEARLY A YEAR!! FINALLY!!!

Decks of the Format:

LS: If Charge doesn't get touched by ours, they will be as strong as ever....but as inconsistent as ever

BW: Got hit by Gale, but the deck can still go on. The deck used DSF to end games, but it still has alot of its strength and Vayu is untouched.

GB: With the limitation of Cat, Monk and Cold Wave, the deck took a few hits, but It will fight on. I reckon a good build will still find its way to top tables.

Cat Synchro: With Cat, Monk, Mind Control all at one, the deck is in the gutter. DSF gone too means that it cannot OTK and I think people will leave it alone now.

Decks that might come back:

Zombies: Well with Mezuki at 2, I think it will give them a boost. Some - One will have to find a new build to boost them, but they will be better that Cat Synchro now.

Gadgets: With Cold Wave at one, the realse of Fissure, they could make a nice comeback. BTH to 2 hits them a little, but their are plenty of other cards they use. May have to crack them out now.

I'm sure there is more that people will comment, but ingeneral, I like the list! Should be another format that will be a bit slower and allow for more innovation. I'm just a little gutted about Lonefire...

Demise, King of Armageddon Genex neutron makes this deck fast trying to take all otk concepts and throw them out the window konami despize otk/ftk decks
Mind Master the new field spell card with this makes a new ftk dunno what though
Rescue Cat about time
Mind Control didnt see this coming 2 may have been a better option
Black Feather - Gale of the Hurricane makes BW too too fast
One for One a combo for a majority of the otk decks
Solemn Judgment didnt see that coming bring out true skill now people will have to play this at the right time
Summon Priest good good lol
Cold Wave oppression says i just got better
Black Rose Dragon nukes fields also an out for decks to otk /ftk
Call of the Haunted they take reborn and give us a slower version
